Dear dear participants...

please check your conference folder (page G1) for the packing list.

Also, do bring along your NRIC, as EZ-link cards won't be accepted during the many many security clearances (if there's such a word), especially for your istana visit (damn i'm not going)

bring along a 2B pencil too. there's this OTAS sheet you have to fill in. i think it's some kind of survey.

and there's also the ever-useful brolly. bring along your umbrellas. our geog teacher says it's monsoon season. and the blocks in which we are all staying aren't connected via sheltered walkways, for some weird reason.

here's an announcement form Mr Kwok (the guy with the thunder-thighs during the 12 may briefing): do report in early on the 21st so that the programme isn't delayed. he should've emailed you guys something about the special programme today. if you havent checked your emails, now's the time to do it, ya?

and the last bit is cut and paste, 'cus it's... well.. just cut and paste: 6) You may cut and paste the following when you are emailing to the participants, and you can say that this is from the Head of Student Liaison of Pre-University Seminar:
As Pre-University Seminar is a MOE-organised event, all participants of Pre-University have to adhere to "Code of Conduct" as described on pages A13 and A14 of the Conference Folder. All participants have to attend the seminar with a positive attitude, and be ready to listen, observe and participate actively in all activities. You have to be in your proper attire for all events (blazers, ties and black shoes/court shoes) held at Nanyang Auditorium and LT19/20, and also have a neat and proper hair-cut (no long hair for male participants, no dyed hair). The attire for other events will subsequently be advised by your respective SLOs. You may refer to page G2 of your Conference Folder to have a rough idea on the appropriate attire for the various events.
